Who we are
We founded Jacks and Wills on a simple principle: clients deserve straightforward advice from qualified professionals who take the time to understand their situation. Too many surveying reports are written to protect the surveyor, not to help the client. Ours are different.
Our surveyors are Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), with decades of experience across residential and commercial property. We work across England and Wales, covering everything from Victorian terraces to modern commercial portfolios.
We are an independent firm. We have no referral arrangements with estate agents, mortgage brokers, or developers. When we give you advice, it is based solely on what we find and what is in your best interest.

RICS Firm
Jacks and Wills Ltd is headed by a Chartered Surveyor who is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors — the internationally recognised standard for property professionals. A professional Member of the RICS means we are bound by strict professional standards, carry professional indemnity insurance, and are subject to independent oversight.
MRICS Qualified Surveyors
Our surveyors hold MRICS (Member) designations — the highest professional qualifications in the surveying profession. These are not honorary titles; they require rigorous assessment of competence, experience, and professional conduct.
Continuous Professional Development
